Change of Watch - 2005 |
On January 15, 2005, Flotilla 1309 held its Change of Watch at the Fisherman's Catch restaurant in Point Lookout. Master Chief Thomas Botzenhart, OIC, C.G. Station Jones Beach administered the Oath of Office to the incoming bridge, FC Rob Spielman and VFC Vernon Meyer. Division Captain Hal Marschall administered the Oath of Office to the incoming Flotilla Staff.A number of awards were given to members for various Flotilla-level achievementsThe food was great as usual, the libations flowed and the fact that everybody had a swell time proved that the fourth cornerstone is as strong as ever. |
