Who
We Are Flotilla 13-09 is located in East Rockaway, New York. Currently our Flotilla consists of over 25 men and women who actively support recreational boating safety and other Coast Guard civil missions. In addition, we also provide support for state and local authorities. Our members have made numerous contributions to the Auxiliary and its programs, on the local, district and national levels. Meetings - When and Where We meet twice each month, on the second and fourth Monday, at 2000 hours(8:00 P.M.) at the Jones Beach Coast Guard Station. Become
a Member of Flotilla 1309 General Requirements: The Auxiliary is a volunteer civilian organization. Membership is open to any citizen of the United States and its territories and possessions, who is 17 years of age or older. Facility ( radio station, boat or aircraft) ownership and special skills are desirable but not mandatory. Auxiliary membership is also open to active duty members of the uniformed services and their reserve components.
